How we deliver.

Six stages from first conversation to handover, with complete transparency on programme, cost and quality at each one.

01

The six stages

A streamlined approach that keeps every project transparent on quality, cost and programme

Step 01

Consultation & discovery

We meet to understand your vision, requirements, budget and timeline, and to define what success looks like for this particular project before anything is drawn.

Step 02

Planning & design

Our architects and engineers produce concept designs, technical drawings, cost estimates, schedules and material specifications, so the whole build is agreed before it begins.

Step 03

Engineering & approvals

Structural design, technical coordination and every necessary approval obtained, so the project is compliant and safe from the ground up.

Step 04

Construction execution

Our skilled team builds with quality materials, strict supervision and adherence to safety standards, staged, inspected and reported as we go.

Step 05

Inspection & finishing

Every stage is inspected thoroughly for workmanship, structural integrity and flawless finishing before it is signed off.

Step 06

Project handover

We hand over the completed project with documentation, and stay on for ongoing support and maintenance.

02

What you receive

The paperwork that comes with the build

After discovery
A written brief: scope, constraints, indicative budget range and programme.
After design
Concept design, technical drawings, material specifications, a cost estimate and a stage-by-stage schedule.
Before construction
Structural design, approvals obtained, and a fixed scope agreed in writing before anyone breaks ground.
During construction
Staged progress reporting, site supervision records and quality-control sign-off at each inspection.
At handover
Completion documentation, warranties where applicable, and an agreed maintenance arrangement.

Bring us the plot.

Tell us the site, the brief and the budget. We'll tell you honestly what's possible on it, before anyone signs anything.
